Whipped Dalgona Coffee Recipe

You will need:

- 2 tablespoons instant coffee (we suggest Caffé Prima Instant Colombian Coffee for best results)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 400ml milk

Method:
1. Add the instant coffee, hot water and sugar to a bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients in the bowl with an electric whisk until the mixture is stiff, fluffy and light brown in colour.
3. Pour the milk into a serving glass and spoon the coffee mixture from step 2 on top of the milk.
4. Serve and enjoy!
