Yes. We will always do everything we can to ensure your goods arrive when expected but there are certain restrictions geographically and naturally, the time the order is placed has a bearing on whether or not next day delivery is possible. If in doubt, please contact us to confirm if next day delivery is available to you.

We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched. You will also receive an email from our courier with tracking
information to enable you to monitor the progress of your order.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day they’re
received to reduce the time you are waiting for your parcel. This means that
your order may have already been dispatched before we receive your cancellation request. Please contact our team via our Contact Us form above as soon as possible. We will endeavour to fulfil your cancellation request, however we cannot
guarantee this.

Do Caffé Prima really roast their own coffee beans?

Yes. Caffé Prima source and import our own beans either as Single Origin or for blending and supply in 1kg bags or 6kg cases. The
Caffé Prima range has its own unique range of coffee blends and we use traditional methods to roast our coffee beans. The beans are then packaged and sealed in recyclable bags.

Several thousand customers have set up an account with Caffé Prima. This means when you log in, you have access to your order history and can quickly re-order products.
Do I need to buy a certain amount to keep my account?
Do I need to buy a certain amount to keep my account?
No. Your account is only there to make re-ordering an easier job for you. Caffé Prima are happy to process your orders as and when you need to replace supplies.
When I buy from you, is my credit card information secure?
When I buy from you, is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We treat the protection of your account and personal information very seriously but even with that, none of your payment details are ever stored on our servers. At the point of checkout, you will either have the option of paying by Credit or Debit Card via Shopify where data is also protected by the 3D security system in place. You can also pay by PayPal and to enhance security, you must have access to and be able to log into your PayPal account to allow this to happen. Depending on how you prefer and choose to pay, you will be directed to Shopify or to PayPal to complete your transaction and then returned to Caffé Prima.
